How can I change the Default reply?

Default reply is kicked out by your chatbot when the user sends messages which are not understandable or pre-defined by you. To set this, follow the steps below
  • Step 1: Go to the Menu section (left part of your dashboard)
  • Step 2: Click Settings on the list of features on the menu
  • Step 3: There you can edit the default reply message on the column given there.
